I moved to The Woodlands in 2002 and immediately fell in love with this amazing community. So, I put on my boots, laid down my roots, and bought a home. Fascinated with the vision of George and Cynthia Woods Mitchell to create a dynamic hometown within a natural forest, where residents can live, work, worship, and play; I quickly became involved in our community. We invested in two additional homes which we currently manage as fully furnished rentals. After a few years building relationships in the rental market, my passion for real estate could not be contained any longer and that passion transitioned into my full-time career. My daily goal is to help you fulfill ALL of your housing needs; everything from buying, selling, investing, market analysis, staging, rentals and remodel. But more importantly, I hope to build lifelong relationships with each of my business connections. I understand that buying or selling a home is a huge decision and likely the largest financial and emotional investment to be made in your lifetime. You can trust that I will listen to YOUR needs and negotiate what is best for YOU. With a BS in Finance and a lengthy career in financial analysis, bank negotiations, and cash management, I have the knowledge and skillset to handle the most complicated of real estate transactions. I consider myself a great negotiator, however integrity, honesty, and transparency are qualities where compromise is not an option. Those qualities are key to every successful relationship and business transaction, and something you should demand from your Realtor. In my personal life, I am passionate about The Woodlands, volunteering, live music, yoga, the beach, gardening, festivals, nature and just about anything outdoors, and anything to do with houses! My husband and I have two rescue dogs, each named after a beautiful flower, Poppy and Willow.
